2. Enrollment and Access
- Access is granted once payment is confirmed.
- Enrollment is personal and non-transferable. Sharing login details or course materials is not allowed.
- If recordings are provided, access is time-limited as stated on the course page.
3. Course Delivery
- Courses and workshops are delivered live via video conferencing (e.g., Zoom or Google Meet).
- You are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and suitable devices.
- Sessions may be rescheduled in the event of technical issues or emergencies.
4. Assignments and Participation
- Some courses may include assignments or projects, which must be submitted on time for feedback.
- Respectful participation is required in all live sessions. Disruptive behavior may lead to removal without refund.
5. Payments and Refunds
- Prices are listed at checkout in the selected currency.
- For multi-session courses: Refunds are available if requested before the second live session begins. After this period, payments are non-refundable.
- For single workshops (2–4 hours): Payments are non-refundable once the workshop has started.
6. Intellectual Property
- All materials, recordings, and resources are the property of Dr. Fatma Elarmany.
- Copying, distributing, or reselling course content is prohibited.
- Screenshots, recordings, or unauthorized sharing are not permitted.
7. Certificates
- Certificates of completion are issued only to participants who meet course requirements.
- Certificates must not be altered or misused.
8. Privacy
- Personal information is used only for course administration and communication.
- Your data will not be sold or shared with third parties.
9. Liability
fatmaelarmany.com is not liable for technical failures on the participant’s side.
No guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes from the courses or workshops.
